Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of order placement. Our warehouse is operational from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sundays or on holidays will be shipped on the subsequent Monday or the next business day.

 

Delivery Time:

Order will be delivered in 2-5 Business Days.

 

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet our processing and delivery timelines, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, riots or political disruptions can impact the shipping timeline. In such cases, we appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

Communication of Delays:

In the event of significant delays, we will make every effort to promptly communicate the situation to you. Updates will be provided via Email or WhatsApp on the contact information provided during the order placement.

 

Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 

Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping on orders above INR 450. For orders below INR 450, an INR 50 shipping fee is applicable. 

While there are not extra charges for COD orders, there is an additional 5% discount on pre-paid orders.
