RETURN POLICY
Return Policy:
- At Seraphina, we're committed to ensuring you have the best shopping experience possible, enriching your life with our products. While we strive to deliver items in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes mishaps occur during transit, leading to damaged deliveries.
- In such rare cases, we're here to help! If your order arrives damaged or with missing items due to transit issues, don't worry. We'll happily initiate a return and refund or exchange your product after carefully verifying the situation and in line with our refund policy below. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to shop with confidence knowing that we're here to support you every step of the way.
- Please note that the request for return should be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product is in its original packaging and must be unopened, unused and with all packaging intact.
Refund Policy:
- Seraphina is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the product(s).
- An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product, has to be made.
- In case of a package being tampered / damaged / defected kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
- If you refund request is accepted, post verification of the returned item, your refund (less return shipping fee) may take upto 15 days to be credited from the day of refund acceptance by Seraphina.
- Contact the customer care team on +91 99118 87391 if the order is marked as delivered and is not received by the customer, within 3 days of the product being marked delivered. No refunds shall be made post this period.
- Any cash on delivery refunds shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer at the time of filing the request, within 7-15 working days of confirmation that the product has been re.
- We do not accept returns, unless product is received in damaged condition or has missing items or wrong product has been delivered, as opened boxes cannot be reused or resold.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of orders can be processed before dispatch of order only. A gateway charge of 2.5% shall be levied against your order for cancellation.
- A refund for paid orders shall be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped and an amount 200 will be deducted once the order is shipped and if it is returned back to the seller (prepaid orders).
